Love, Don’t Be Shy is beautiful—but in hot weather Love, Don’t Be Shy is beautiful—but in hot weather, that thick marshmallow and neroli can be a lot. 😮‍💨 Brave in Love No. 37 from @thecloneperfume gives me a lighter, softer and more breathable interpretation of that familiar DNA. The Tunisian neroli wears more gently, while the added honeysuckle helps cut through some of the sweetness and heaviness. You still get that fluffy marshmallow-neroli feeling, but it sits closer to the skin and feels much more wearable year-round—especially when you’re craving this scent profile during the summer. It’s lightweight, airy and softly sweet, with white tea and musk giving it an almost sweet-tea quality before it dries down into this smooth, elegant rose. This is the kind of fragrance you can wear to the office, your kids’ events, brunch or while running errands. It gives you presence without being loud or overpowering—you simply smell like a lady. The original still shines with its beautiful lavender wrapped in that signature trio of vanillas. It’s bright, wearable, and one of my favorite daytime vanillas. Amber Vanilla keeps that familiar DNA but turns the warmth up. The amber adds a richer, more resinous depth, the lavender is softer, and the overall feeling is more confident, cozy, and perfect for evenings or cooler weather. Although maple syrup is listed in the notes, it isn’t a dominant note on my skin.
